 document ID helps to make 2 improvements.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; As someone commenting the document name could reveal something of the subject of the document.&amp;nbsp; The document ID would help keep the subject matter unknown.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. As Alain's points out the document ID accounts for the document if it is moved. &amp;nbsp; The document name does not.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am a little tentative about making this change myself but, I thought I would point it out as it would seem to be an easy change to make.&lt;/p&gt;
